Booking deposit

£10 deposit required to secure your appointment. Deposit will be credited towards your service.

Service guarantee

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 72 hours. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations should be made 24-48 hours before the appointment to avoid a late cancellation charge.

Booking & Deposits

  • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final service cost.
  • Deposits can be paid via card, cash, or bank transfer at the time of booking.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by card or cash.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require 24-48 hours notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future booking privileges.
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone, text, or email as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
  • Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
  • If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can accommodate you where possible.

Service Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. Gel polish and nail enhancements are guaranteed for 72 hours from the time of application.
  • If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage within 72 hours, please contact us immediately for a complimentary repair.
  • The guarantee is valid only if proper aftercare instructions have been followed.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed due to the nature of the product.
  • To qualify for the guarantee, please notify us within 72 hours with photos if you cannot visit in person.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
  • If you have any infections, open wounds, or inflamed areas, we may need to postpone your appointment.
  • We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. All tools are sterilised between clients.
  • Single-use files and buffers are provided for each client and disposed of after use.
  • If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require parental consent for certain services.

Aftercare Instructions

  • Avoid water, excessive heat, and steam for at least 2 hours after gel or enhancement services.
  • Wear gloves when doing household chores, gardening, or using cleaning products.
  • Apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails and cuticles hydrated and healthy.
  • Do not pick, peel, or bite your nails or polish, as this can cause damage.
  • Book regular maintenance appointments every 2-3 weeks for extensions and infills.
  • If you experience any adverse reactions, remove polish immediately and contact us.

Service Removal

  • Gel polish and enhancements must be professionally removed. Never pick or peel them off.
  • Removal services are charged separately unless you are having a new service applied.
  • Improper removal can severely damage your natural nails.
  • If you have had services applied elsewhere and need removal, this will be charged at our standard removal rate.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for nail art, nail repairs, or extra services requested during your appointment.
  • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
  • Tips are appreciated but never expected.

Client Conduct

  • We strive to create a relaxing and professional environment for all clients.
  • Please be respectful to our staff and other clients.
  • Mobile phones should be on silent mode during treatments.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence.

Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to products.
  • We are not liable for damage to natural nails that occurs from improper aftercare or removal.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
